We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Admin Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Manage the office petty cash, reconcile and replenish regularly.
  • Liaise and negotiateswith office vendors and service providers
  • Addressing employees’ queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery and consumables)
  • Tracking the utilization of office consumables, and order consumables when needed
  • Systematically filing important company documents.
  • Attend toall correspondence, such as letters and packages, and deliver such to the concerned staff members.
  • Ensure the office is clean at all times by supervising the cleaning personnel.

Requirements

  • Diploma or OND qualification
  • 1-2 years administrative work experience
  • Ability to multitask
  • Good organization skill
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft suite
