Job Summary

We are looking for a competent administrator to run it’s day operations and maintain its books of accounts. Sales and /or customer service skills will be an added advantage

Duties And Responsibilities

Petty Cash
Bank reconciliations
Wages and salaries
Employee personal files maintenance
Statutory payments
Managing the CEO diary and expenses
Managing the CEO’S investment portfolio
Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications And Experience

A degree in accounting
3 years solid experience in both accounting and administration
Knowledge is Excel and Word is a must
Knowledge in pastel will be an added advantage
