A Harare based company is looking for a qualified and experienced candidate for the following position:
Duties And Responsibilities
Managing the Chief Executive Officer’s day-to-day activities, including scheduling meetings, confirming appointments and organising events.
Providing personal assistance and secretarial support to the Chief Executive Officer
Supervision of the Administration staff, performing administrative and organizational duties such as liaising with tenants, collecting rent, organizing property viewings and overseeing
Responsible for evaluating applicants and negotiating contracts.
Qualifications And Experience
Qualifications, experience, attributes and competences
3-5 years working experience as PA or similar role
Degree in Office Management / Administration or a related field preferred.
Diploma in Secretarial Studies is an added advantage.
Exceptional computer literacy
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Loyalty and high level of confidentiality
Maturity to handle a range of situations
Security service & real estate experience desirable
