Job Summary

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the above position, which has arisen in the Operations Department.
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, the successful applicant will, among other key aspects, be responsible for:

Duties And Responsibilities

Volume, turnover and POT targets achievement monthly
Implementing & executing agreed sales action plans and exceeding top line growth
Achieving >95% compliance & audit rating at all times
Managing & achieving 100% balance on stock and cash resources
Branch costs management within budget
Human Capital development and management
100% product availability instore on all lines and categories

Qualifications And Experience

The ideal applicant should possess the following minimum qualifications and attributes:
Business related degree
At least 3 – 5 years proven working experience in an FMCG wholesale environment
Self starter
Strong sales, analytical and people management skills
