Job Summary

Hinterland is currently looking for a Cashier to provide customers with a positive customer experience while ensuring accuracy at the sales counter.

Duties And Responsibilities

* Adhere to company policies and procedures
* Establish a professional relationship with customers
* Report customer complaints and compliments to the Line Manager
* Be aware of current sales and promotions
* Be responsible for cash flow
* Ensure all price changes are approved and signed off by the Line Manager
* Transact all purchases – Receive and process all payments

Qualifications And Experience

* Grade 12 * 1 year of Cashier experience * Attention to detail * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Computer literacy (Microsoft Office) * SAP Knowledge will be an advantage
