Duties And Responsibilities

To ensure that the rooms are cleaned to a high standard, providing a professional and reliable cleaning service, meeting customer service standards, health and safety requirements and reporting faults or matters of concern as necessary

Qualifications And Experience

 At least 3 O levels
 A course in housekeeping will be an added advantage
 At least 30 years old

 Ability to perform general cleaning duties, and assess
cleaning requirements
 Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness in
accordance with specified rotas
 Ability to work in an organised and methodical manner
 Ability to work effectively and supportively as a member of the team
 Ability to take personal responsibility for standard of work carried out
 Clean and smart appearance
 Willingness to work flexible hours
 Willingness to maintain confidentiality
 Willingness to undertake training courses that are relevant to the duties of the post
