Job Summary

Aon South Africa is recruiting for a Client Service Administrator position currently available in our Commercial division, based in Roodepoort. The role of a Client Service Administrator is to ensure that all proposal forms are loaded correctly and invoices are raised timeously and debtor’s accounts are managed efficiently. The successful incumbent will be expected to apply company policies and procedures to deliver varied technical and professional activities and to resolve issues that are generally similar in nature.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for loading proposal forms onto the relevant systems • Responsible for raising invoices on the relevant systems following receipt of the completed proposal form • Invoices are sent to internal clients electronically or otherwise • Assists with the issuing of new business policies • Responsible for credit control • Outstanding accounts, 90 days or older are followed up with Client Manager/ SAM and relevant systems are updated accordingly • Responsible for updating policies on the relevant system • Adheres to Best Operating Practices (BOP) • Ad hoc administration duties

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications. • Grade 12 (matric) • A post-matric qualification is preferred • Must have RE for Representatives Knowledge. • Individual with knowledge of the principles and practices within a technical/professional discipline • Computer literacy with advanced experience in MS Word and Excel. • Very good knowledge of policy wordings Skills and Attributes. • Possesses advanced analytical, technical and problem-solving skills and abilities • Be computer literate with advanced experience in MS Word & Excel • Ability to communicate effectively • Good interpersonal skills Experience. • Commercial experience non-negotiable • Have a minimum of 1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar or related role • SKI experience preferable
