Job description

Key roles and responsibilities:

  • Will spend a lot of time answering phone calls and talking to customers regarding our products, services and to address customer inquiries, resolve customer issues and complaints. 
  • In addition to answering questions, identify opportunities to offer information and make product or service suggestions based on a customer’s needs.  
  • To provide a professional level of customer service to internal and external customers through accurate and speedy processing of orders, quotations, enquiries, follow up and feedback.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving solutions within the policies and procedures of the company.
  • Liaise effectively with all departments within the company to ensure Customer requirements/sales objectives are met.
  • Handle difficult customers and make sure that each customer has a good experience.

Requirements/attributes:

  • Energetic, well-spoken with a professional demeanor with strong customer service and computer skills
  • Must have patience.
  • Detail orientated.
  • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual: English and Afrikaans.
  • Strong communication and people skills required.
