Key roles and responsibilities:
- Will spend a lot of time answering phone calls and talking to customers regarding our products, services and to address customer inquiries, resolve customer issues and complaints.
- In addition to answering questions, identify opportunities to offer information and make product or service suggestions based on a customer’s needs.
- To provide a professional level of customer service to internal and external customers through accurate and speedy processing of orders, quotations, enquiries, follow up and feedback.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving solutions within the policies and procedures of the company.
- Liaise effectively with all departments within the company to ensure Customer requirements/sales objectives are met.
- Handle difficult customers and make sure that each customer has a good experience.
- Energetic, well-spoken with a professional demeanor with strong customer service and computer skills
- Must have patience.
- Detail orientated.
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual: English and Afrikaans.
- Strong communication and people skills required.
