Job Description

  • We are looking to appoint a Female Operations Coordinator for February start. As our School Operations Coordinator, your central goal is to provide pupils, parents, staff and all other callers/visitors to our school with outstanding customer-focused service as well as overseeing service delivery; focusing on increasing efficiency and improving quality.

Main Purpose

  • The prime responsibility of the office holder is to manage key operations of academic and support staff to ensure the highest quality of service across the academic curriculum and to advise the Director of studies.

The School Operations Coordinator under the direction of the Director of Studies will take a major role in:

  • Implementing the aims and objectives of the school
  • Coordinating policies for achieving these aims and objectives
  • Managing staff and resources to that end
  • Monitoring progress towards the achievement of the school’s aims and objectives
  • If the Director of Studies is absent, the School Operations Coordinator will deputise, as directed by management.

Essential Educational, Qualification and Experience
To be our school operations coordinator, you will need to be a leader who is organized and committed to the job:

  • Must hold a BA Degree in English from a reputable institution and a Master’s Degree in Education Administration / Management, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related Discipline.
  • Knowledge of the British Curriculum is desirable and an added advantage

Professional Qualification:

  • Professional certification from relevant reputable certifying body


  • Minimum 5 years verifiable relevant experience in a similar role
  • Must be based in Ibadan and be able to commute easily to work
  • The School Operations Coordinator will be required to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people and follow school policies and the staff code of conduct.
