Job Summary


Hello…an exciting new opportunity has just become available in our Hollard International, Hollard Health Finance Operations area. We are looking to recruit a Finance Administrator (12 months).

Duties And Responsibilities


-Performing a creditor control function which includes but not limited to timely preparation, submission, and reporting of client invoices, preparation of monthly premium payment advice statements and following up on unpaid premium.
-Invoice generation.
-Bank Account Reconciliations.
-Creditor reporting and maintenance.
-Cash allocations and bank account management.
-Implementation and reporting of credit controls.
-Support for development of automated invoicing and payment management system.
-Managing the mailbox.
-Keeping a log of action items for the team.
-Keeping a open tickets for the team.
-Manage communications with Eligibility.
-Prepare vendor application forms online and softcopy.
-Prepare and execute divisional payments.
-Manage operational bank account.
-Continuous improvement of accounting and reporting processes in line with overall business objectives and needs.

Qualifications And Experience


Educational Requirements
Bcom Accounting Degree or similar
