Applications are invited from competent suitably qualified persons to fill in the position based in Harare.

Duties And Responsibilities

 Check in and check out of guests
 Ensuring outstanding customer care at all times.
 Maintains a friendly, professional, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times.
 Accurately answers inquiries from potential guests and accepts guest house reservations.
 Consistently resolves guest problems and complaints in an efficient manner while demonstrating a sense of urgency.
 Billing & receipting all financial transactions.
 Responds to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns in a timely fashion.
 Advertising company products and services on social media platforms.
 Perform daily Housekeeping duties.
 Any Other Assigned duties.

Qualifications And Experience


 Degree or Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality
 Certificate in Front Office or any other related courses.
