Job Summary


Our client is looking for a suitable candidate to fill in the position mentioned above.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for developing and planning recipes and overseeing the daily production of bread and other baked goods at the facility
• Understanding what types of baked goods, the clientele enjoys.
• Developing or improving upon successful recipes.
• Test different ingredients for recipes and scale them for large-scale production.
• Manage other bakers
• Should also be able to procure goods
• Checks the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met
• QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• A diploma in culinary arts or equivalent
• 3 years in a similar role
• Managerial skills are required
• Ability to procure
• Baking skills is a must
