  • Payroll administration
  • Responsible for preparing annual reports for reporting and payroll
  • Ensure data maintenance for employee related information.
  • Responsible for the Leave Management Systems for all employees
  • Responsible for end to end management of the time and attendance system.
  • Responsible for managing employee relations matters
  • Acts as the main point of contact for the Employee Wellness Programme

Your Skills

  • Must have a strong knowledge of SAP and experience in working on SAGE payroll
  • Be familiar with time & attendance system, and SAP e-leave systems
  • National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in human resources management
  • 3-5 years experience in Payroll and General HR co-ordination
