Job Summary

Tsapo Group of companies is a fast-growing organisation and is seeking to employ the services of a Human Resource Officer whose duties and responsibilities, qualifications and experience are as stated below.
This position is based in Zambia and the successful candidate must be willing to immediately relocate to Zambia. Zimbabweans based in Zambia are encouraged to apply. Possession of a Zambian work permit is a distinct advantage.

Duties And Responsibilities

1. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
2. Provide counselling on HR policies and procedures.
3. Being actively involved in the recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, posting adverts and managing the hiring process.
4. Developing training and development programs.
5. Assist in performance management processes.
6. Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
7. Maintain employee records.
8. Ensuring compliance to HR policies and procedures and all legal requirements.
9. Assist in payroll processing.

Qualifications And Experience

1. Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations or related.
2. Strong understanding of labour laws and disciplinary processes.
3. Strong ethics and reliability.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Excellent HR analytical skills.
