Tétris is a full-service design and fit-out business with strong presence throughout EMEA. The local team is experiencing rapid growth and now requires a dedicated Marketing Manager to work with the South African and EMEA business, develop and deliver the strategic marketing plans.
Tétris is a fully owned subsidiary of JLL, a global real estate services firm that provides comprehensive integrated expertise, including management, transaction and advisory services, to investors and occupiers locally, regionally and globally.
The Country lead is responsible for delivering the marketing campaigns across South Africa and the different touch points. This role is a key face of Marketing to customers and has significant influence on business results and future growth.
He/She exhibits an understanding of markets and buyers to develop top-of-the-class marketing campaigns in line with the product go-to-market and overall business and marketing objectives. He or she must work cross-functionally, coordinating efforts with different teams (e.g. Campaign, Content and Sales Enablement) and will manage the Tetris brand. The individual must develop an expert understanding of the buying audiences and their needs as it relates to the products he or she is tasked with supporting.
This role will report to the Head of Enterprise Marketing EMEA in London and require a close cooperation with the European marketing teams, the heads of South Africa business departments as well as research and external service providers
What this job involves
Manage the delivery and roll out of the plan across all platforms (digital, PR, social, sales enablement, events…)
Implement and amplify global and regional thought leadership in the local market adjusting strategy and content to the market needs to improve brand performance
Manage and update the digital platforms
Create strategic content (Direct and online marketing, development of print products, writing suitable posts in the relevant social media channels, organizing customer events and creating videos) with a storytelling approach and design omni-channel programs for diverse target audiences and product groups
Consult the business development teams with go-to-market strategies to design targeted marketing assets for different touchpoints throughout the customer journey
Develop and implement successful internal and external communication campaign
Close collaboration with the wider EMEA and UK Hub marketing team
Plan and manage budget and service providers
Ensure a cohesive testing / optimization strategy exists to increase engagement
EMEA Product marketing including launching and go to market at EMEA level
EMEA Sales enablement development
Campaign impact on pipeline and revenue
Achievement of individual program goals
Campaign project performance (planning accuracy and adherence to plan)
5 years of b-to-b demand creation experience and/or 3 – 5 years of b-to-b digital/inbound marketing including content marketing, content syndication ability to leverage social media to seed demand and search engine optimization/search engine marketing (SEO/SEM)
CRM, marketing automation, web analytics and business intelligence (reporting and analysis tools)
Customer- and market-driven orientation with proven record of supporting sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets
Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiences
Demonstrated strong listening, information gathering and skills for uncovering and defining deliverables, needs and outcomes
Experience creating and implementing proven successful demand creation and lead nurturing programs
Team player with cross-functional project leadership skills, collaboration
Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast- paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements
