SUMMARY:

The Media analyst’s core responsibility is to conduct analysis of communication content on online and offline (traditional) for assigned clients. They shall manage the metadata collection, research, coding and quality assurance process to ensure delivery of insightful quality analysis reports.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Data collection and compilation using providing data collection and capture tools
  • Quality assurance of monitored data and feedback to data collection teams
  • Provide weekly monthly and quarterly analysis reports as per client needs.
  • Development of analysis methods to streamline and simplify report generation.
  • Integration of various data sources to generate reports that address specific client objectives.
  • Training and guiding teams on analysis data collection and coding
  • Reporting and presentation of the analysis reports.
  • Attending client feedback meetings and implementing the same on reports.
  • Working with advertising and research teams to align analysis reports.
  • Work on any media related projects as might be requested from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5 years’ experience in media monitoring and PR online Analysis
  • Experience in Social Media and Content analysis
  • Experience with online data collection & analysis tools
  • A Bachelor’s degree
