Description

Title: Operations Coordinator – FMCG,

Report to: C.E.O,

Salary: 60k – 75k,

Location: Thika,

Our client is an established FMCG company. They seek to hire an agile, highly-skilled, experienced, and results-oriented Operations Coordinator to ensure smooth operations and interface with other departments.

Responsibilities

  • Managing Customer accounts and ensuring coordination with the sales team
  • Analysis of daily, weekly and monthly performance
  • Collection and collation of relevant data for accurate and timely decision making
  • Working closely with the CEO to ensure all the company operational assignments are completed in time.
  • Develop, implement and monitor SOPs for the key processes
  • Review and report on the accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of the operations and other information that is necessary for the management
  • Follow up with other departments for accurate data for analysis and decision making
  • Monitoring of the company processes and recommending improvements
  • Following with other departments on the closure of their actions
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the CEO from time to time

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or IT
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience of which five (2) years should be preferably in the Manufacturing Industry
  • Experience in the FMCG industry will be an added advantage
  • Highly developed analytical and reporting skills
  • Well versed with SAP
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

NB

  • MUST have experience with SAP
