Paid Media Specialist

Synopsis

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic individual to maintain and setup paid media campaigns for bidorbuy.

You will manage a variety of Google and social media paid campaigns in order to drive lead generation and ROI in the digital space.

The ideal candidate should be familiar with managing large budgets and optimising large-scale campaigns to reach a variety of audiences.

The role involves planning, creating and reporting on digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display & video advertising.

Job Description

  • Maintain accounts, manage daily and monthly budget caps, and performance against KPIs and provide recommendations to management
  • Daily maintenance, campaign strategy and account optimization for the following:
    – Google Ads Platform
    – Facebook and Twitter
    – Apple Ads
  • Management of remarketing partners: setting budgets and targets, feed maintenance and partner tracking
  • Reviewing and maintenance of Google Merchant Center
  • Reviewing and maintenance of all export feeds
  • Managing Google Search Console
  • Identify new digital advertising verticals to help the business always stay ahead.
  • Google Analytics: Compile data with analytical insights and recommendations as well as implement new tracking requirements and ensure best practices are applied
  • Manage Google Tag Manager: Implement tracking and resolve any tracking issues
  • Google Firebase and AppsFlyer MMP: Ensure event tracking and measurement accuracy
  • Mailers: Contact list management and maintenance, reporting and tracking integration
  • Compile all internal and platform reports based on ROI to various stakeholders
  • Competitor research and post campaign analysis
  • Ensure all campaigns are tracked and compile post campaign reports

Requirements

  • Degree/diploma in marketing/digital marketing management or similar
  • At least 3 years digital marketing experience
  • Google Adwords and Google Analytics certified
  • Highly numerate, with advanced levels of MS Excel skills
  • Ability to work with large data sets to drive insights and recommendations
  • Detail-orientated with a focus on driving performance
  • Proficiency in Data Studio and Supermetrics
  • Previous e-commerce experience would be an advantage
