Description

Familiarise oneself with the Project scope, schedule, budget and stakeholders

Responsible for ensuring all on boarding activities for the contractor/supplier resources are completed

Ensure resources equipped with process for all specific site HSE requirements (CRM/JHA/Permits to work/Take 5’s)

Submit all Purchase Order requests to GPS

Ensure all Purchase Orders raised timeously

Manage invoicing with vendors and submit for GPS processing

Assist with Timesheet System maintenance, weekly timesheet signoffs, month end closure, working with GPS

Assist Project Manager with all financial support required across Project financials and recoveries

Book all travel required including managing cost recovery

Creation of new projects in Empower portfolio management tool

Maintain project documentation as required

Book vehicles for project team when required

Arrange team building activities when required

Order PPE when required

Any other adhoc Administrative duties

Key Criteria:
English, French speaking
Good Financial background of general accounting principals
Good communication skills

Interpersonal effectiveness: cross-cultural, cross-level

Self-driven and hardworking, get things done
Excellent documentation control
Excellent coordination/follow up on project admin functions

Qualifications:
Project Management certification – Prince II Foundation
+5 years’ experience in a global IT environment
SAP experience
