Job Description

Responsible but not limited to performing the receptionist role and switchboard facility for the firm. Greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance, this entails answering calls and fielding them accordingly, addressing visitor questions and needs, providing an overall welcoming environment. This oftentimes includes performing ad hoc administrative duties as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

Management of switchboard (answering & screening; message taking) Perform reception role for clients and visitors Maintaining booking schedules Email faxes and messages to relevant staff Administration duties and ad hoc duties

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 Experience at an accounting/audit firm will be advantageous Professional and presentable Fast learner
