receiving visitors

• office correspondence handling
• Purchasing
• Secretarial
• Asset Maintenance
• Administration
• Staff Supervisor
• property & Tenancy Management
• Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment
• Receiving visitors and making and screening telephone calls
• Filling documents

Qualifications And Experience

5 O’ levels including Maths, English
3 A’ level passes
High technical, profession or university
Diploma in Administration
Diploma in Front Office
Diploma in secretarial studies
Certificate in administration/secretarial/receptionist
