Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

Location: Lagos


  • We are looking for an experienced and high-performing Sales Manager (Permanent Role) to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets, foster customer retention, execute business development, implement sales, and advance brand building.
  • The ideal candidate must be a motivated and result orientated individual who will be responsible for attracting new business clients.


  • Actively approach targeted business clients via telephone, email, social networks, events and physically
  • Search for new client leads
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
  • Manage relationships with existing customers
  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing sales
  • Contribute information, ideas and research to help develop marketing strategies
  • Provide short and long term market forecasts, reports, and trends to assist business development in the acquisition of B2B clients
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
  • Track sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals
  • Analyze trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ successful previous experience as a sales or marketing manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Entrepreneurial-minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines
  • Experience with Salesforce to nurture, track and report on lead conversions
