Job description

Real Estate Investor (REI) is looking for an organised sales co-ordinator/assistant to optimise advertising, digital, marketing and sponsorship sales efforts and provide the necessary support for their clients and the sales team. The main goal of a sales co-ordinator is to coordinate and oversee the flow of the company’s services or products to consumers. 

The successful candidate will become the point of reference for both the sales and the content and marketing team, management and customers alike, by keeping track of customer content and marketing schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information as requested from clients. 

To reach this goal, they must be able to handle the following day-to-day duties:

  • Ensure adequacy of sales-related material, presentations, proposals and systems
  • Monitor and drive monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets to ensure they are met consistently
  • Respond to client queries, complaints and provide after-sales support
  • Record and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present in reports
  • Handle processing of all advertising orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Client liaison and communication on all promotions and opportunities
  • Monitor sales team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
  • Identify new opportunities to increase sales turnover
  • Assist in the preparation and organising of promotional material or events
  • Assign clients and quotas to sales staff
  • Working with staff members from other departments such as content editorial, research, design and financing to optimize sales
  • Scheduling client appointments and ensuring staff training

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing
  • Understanding of CRM Systems, Google AdWords and digital marketing platforms
  • Well-organised and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong administration skills
  • A leader with a high level of dedication who is able to manage and work in teams
  • Relevant tertiary education or degree in sales or marketing
