We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence. Managing, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and meeting sales targets by successfully managing the Sales team
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Head, Sales
  • Implement strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Mentor, coach and manage the performance of resource in direct supervision

Requirements

  • B.Sc degree in relevant field
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in sale of real estate products
  • Experience is Real Estate sales is a compulsory
  • Experienced in selling affordable housing and selling through NHF is desirable
  • Strong leadership skills.
