Duties And Responsibilities
-Achievement of revenue and volume target as per Annual Operating Plan
-Obtain new business as per Annual Operating Plan
-Access and anaylize reports to drive continuous improvement
-Comply with all functional and non functional company policies and procedures, e.g Sales; Health and Safety; etc.
-Housekeeping and maintenance of company assets, e.g Hand Held Computers, Uniform, Mobile phone, etc.
-Collect and report competitor information
-Compile and implement sales & promotional plan
-Negotiate and manage price and shelf space
-Manage service levels by achieving a100% call rate and 90% hit rate
-Visit and support customers
-Control Debtors & product returns
-Administer sales documents & reports specifically deals & credit notes
