Job Summary


Purpose of Position Facilitating the implementation and monitoring of approved education activities under Muzarabani Area Prograrn in the wards of operation according to World Vision standards and guidelines.

Duties And Responsibilities


Major Responsibilities • Documentation of impact stories through collection of data, data capturing and report writing. • Assist in facilitating the implementation of approved Education and Life skills (EdLs) annual plans. • Report on EdLs activities, feeding into overall MU processes through data collection, narrative reporting and MSC story collection, including photographs. • Provide support of the activities carried GM in the different models used in the EdLs Technical project .Rise awareness on child protection and gender issues within the community through daily monitoring and sensitization activities. • Performing other related duties as required.

Qualifications And Experience


Qualifications and Skills • Studying towards Diploma/Degree in Development Studies/ Social Sciences or related field. • Computer literacy in Lotus Notes. Word and Excel packages is desirable, • Project management skills especially in education activity planning and reporting, • Active team player and stakeholder networking skills. • Community engagement and facilitation skills, • Ability to work with minimal supervision and willing to learn, • Good Interpersonal skills, • Ability to speak English and language of posted area, • Willingness to stay most of the working times in the posted rural/remote area. • Candidate ought to be a resident of Muzarabani District
