Job description

The supervisor must assist in the training and development of staff. He/she should also take responsibility for the shop floor. 

Expectations:

• Candidates must be willing to work retail hours (weekends and public holidays)
• Bilingual: English and Afrikaans
• Exceptional communication skills

Requirements

• Must have two to three years’ retail experience
• Computer proficiency: Microsoft Office package
• Customer service excellence
• Problem and conflict solving
• Stock management
