Job Summary


The Telesales clerk is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service by regularly communicating with clients, processing customer orders, generating order lead times and assisting the sales representatives to ensure superior customer service.

Duties And Responsibilities


• Calling on new and existing clients to follow up on new and current orders.
• Providing excellent client service through clear and constant communication.
• Managing and building relationships with existing clients.
• Processing of orders.
• Ensuring all order and deliveries on running smoothly.
• Assisting Sales Representatives(s) where required.
• Following up and generating of lead times.
• General office administration.
• Assist with adhoc duties as per business requirements.

Qualifications And Experience


• Tertiary education:Matric
• Previous experience:Minimum 1 years’ experience within a similar role
Experience
• At least 1 years’ experience within a call centre environment.
• At least 1 years’ experience within a sales role.
• Experience within a food services environment (desirable).
