Job Summary

The General Admin Assistant will form part of an admin team at our Warehouse in Midstream where both clerical and admin support is needed. You will also be involved with the management, co-ordination and implementation of office procedures (in conjunction with our Head office), while assisting with and managing reception duties.

Duties And Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities:

Front Desk and Reception
Assist walk-in clients & dealers
Maintain office systems
Serve as a liaison between Head office and other branches
Manage the maintenance and organization of office equipment and supplies
Assist with general admin duties

Qualifications And Experience

Further Requirements:
Must preferably reside in the Pretoria area
Must have own transport and valid driver’s license
No criminal record
Contactable references and accurate history
