Job Summary


Bell Equipment is looking for a Workshop Administrator.

Duties And Responsibilities


• General workshop administration duties
• Daily filling of jobs/backing documents
• Ensure all backing documents are attached
• Assist Foreman with excess call volumes
• Assist the foreman with information pertaining to job cards queries
• Create necessary purchase requisitions and orders
• Extract daily WIP report
• Must attend regular WIP meeting and assist processing of jobs
• Follow up on suppliers’ invoices
• Capture of time sheets to SAP
• Capture of orders, MIGO to SAP system
• Ensure all jobs card values are accurate
• Update CRM
• Costing/invoicing of job cards
• Assist/monitor consumable purchases
• Assist with quotations when required
• Assist with machine delivery administration
• Responsible for all safety officers’ duties

Qualifications And Experience


• Matric or ABET Level 4
• Good communication skills
• Compute literacy
• Must be resourceful and self-motivated
• SAP computer experience
• Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years related experience
• Supervisory experience added advantage
• Ability to interact with team members
• Report Writing skills
